General FAQs
Are guests allowed to take a class?
Guests are welcome to take classes and can purchase the drop-in class pass for $15. This daily fee allows access to unlimited classes on the day of purchase.
Can I reserve more than one class a day?
Yes, members with the group fitness add-on and guests whom have purchased the class pass may take multiple classes in one day. As a courtesy to others, we ask that you cancel any and all sessions at least three hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
How do I make a reservation?
First, you will want to make sure the group fitness add-on has been added to your member account. To make your reservation, click the ‘schedule’ icon located at the bottom of the page. From there, scroll the menu until you find your desired workout time and date. Reservation windows open 3 days prior to the scheduled class date.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
To reset your password, you can start the process by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ from the landing screen of the PremierTLH App.

Why am I being asked to make a reservation to take a class?
Effective January 1, 2022
Group Fitness Classes will no longer be inclusive to membership and will require the group fitness “Add-on” service. To learn more about this, visit PremierTLH.com/membership.

Am I being charged for the app?
There is no charge for the PremierTLH App.
Can I access this from my laptop/desktop?
The PremierTLH App is mobile-only. A web-based version may be found at PremierTLH.com
How do I cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, select the desired time from the main page, leading you to ‘upcoming classes’ from there, swipe left and click on the trash bin to confirm the cancellation.
How do I download the app?
You can download the PremierTLH App from the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching ‘PremierTLH’
