Focusing on key foundation areas like core strength, stamina, coordination and balance, My First Workout™ encourages a healthy lifestyle and builds self-esteem. Children will learn how to properly warm up, work through exercises to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups of the body, and properly cool down.
Saturday afternoons from 1:15 – 2:00pm
